F04 Dogmeats missing dog meat.

I have been trying to get my faithful companions pecker to show up so he can at least have some man hood as I get him every piece of ass in the commonwealth. I have tried installing 3 different mods and moving shit around to get it to work if anybody has a mod that they use that works and can include a guide for installation I would be very appreciative. I have been trying to get this shit to work for the past couple days. His sheath is showing but his pecker is not thanks in advance.
