Ask for sex autonomy dosen't work properly

Hi all, I have a problem that I can't solve, as soon as I create a new game and start playing everything works fine on the autonomy, the sexual proposals from the NPCs to my PC arrive in the right amount of time, then after a while they don't are no longer effected unless I ask them, I can't figure out why this happens. I also tried changing the battery life settings but to no avail. How can I reset this? I would like the sex requests to be like when I start the game and not disappear altogether at some point. Can someone help me by pointing me to a solution or with which values should I "play"? Thank you
