Eyeliner problem

[Hajtus]

So i have this weird problem that when i try to change the eyeliner color these tattoos appear:

 

 

 

 

 

 

It does not happen if i start a new game and it's not really that big of problem. But it would be nice to know what's going on .

I have the same thing with vampire characters, and always just chalked it up to the wonky vampire face issues with the game. And I have had it occur with multiple versions of race menu.
