Extract Keyframes from Sexlab Animations to Make Statues?

Hey all, I'm trying to create something that seemed straightforward in my head but in practice is proving really difficult to even get started. I really like how in From Software games like Bloodborne and Darks Souls, they use an excessive number of statues as environmental objects. Every corner and crevice is filled with them. To make Skyrim more like that, I want to add small out-of-the-way statues to the major holds, but as my game is heavily modded for adult content, I want the statues to be sexual in nature.

After seeing TRX_Trixter's latest statue mod (https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/24821-statue-elven-huntress-2-futa/) and Yellowbird2022's screenshot in the comments, it occurred to me that it should be possible to take a pose or sexlab animation, apply that to an actor, and use that to make a statue. In theory, someone should be able to take the mesh data for 2 (or more) actors, apply a keyframe from an animation to get them into the desired pose, save that off as a static object, then load that into Nifskope or Outfit Studio, replace textures with stone textures, rescale the size, and insert it into the game as a statue with CK. I know how to replace the textures, I know how to get it into the creation kit, but I cannot for the life of me figure out a way to extract a keyframe from an animation and turn it into a static object. I tried using Blender but I can't even get the nif tools addon to install correctly, so I'm unable to use any Skyrim assets right now. Even then, I'm a total novice with Blender, so I have no idea what I'm doing.

Is what I'm describing even possible? Does someone know how to do this who could explain it to me or point me in the right direction? Is there some other tool I should be using? Am I just better off trying to convince someone else to make the statues for me?

At this point I've spent 2 days on this and I don't feel any closer to figuring it out. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
