Statue of Player Character

I'd like to start a let's play with an intro where we see my character's statue and a voiceover saying something like "Skyrim was the birthplace of great Heroes who forever shaped Tamriel: Ysgramor who led the 500 to conquer and colonize Skyrim, Talos of Atmora who carved out an Empire for himself and founded the Septim dynasty... and yours truly who's story is now about to be told."

 

I did a long search to find a mod that could provide me with a statue duplicate of my character and only found one that was very crude, outdated and buggy. I know that it is possible to give a mannequin its appearance, and it seemed to me a good starting point to make a statue of the character, but in the case of a mannequin, the clothes are not taken into account and it would be ridiculous to dress a stone statue with textile or real armor.

 

I know intuitively that it must be possible to create a double of the character with his armor. The only thing would be to give him a stone/marble texture and make him a statue.
So I make the following request to create a mod that would allow to create a statue from a preset with his armor or a mod that could give the character and his visible equipment the appearance of stone?
