Favorite Player Home/Settlement Mod?

I'm curious what everyone's favorite player home and/or settlement mod is. The place you painstakingly decorate to have your Sole Survivor stash all their loot and kick their feet up.

Spectacle Island. Clear that sucker off and you have a private island essentially. Plenty of space to make everything too.

There are some nice mods out there. but ultimately my favorite was the one I made myself in starlight Inn ( with the Wall mod downloaded)

 

A large metal shack, with extra roofing on top and candles everywhere.

in the "foyer" a couple of couches next to  a coffee table.

and in the bedroom a full size pre war cozy bed with dressers.

2 out of 3 doors blocked with large dressers ("bedroom" is one of them)

 

Maybe I'll take some screenshots sometime.

It is not super fancy but "wasteland-nice".

I like Hangsmans as my Human resources brothel and I really like Starlight Drive In as it is in the perfect location (easy access to top half of the map) and plenty of open space:

I like indoor playerhomes which have a workbench. If i consider the time spent there, then my current favourite is the enhanced Version of HomePlate which has full workshop functionality and a lot of space and additional rooms. Its part of the Horizon Overhaul though, i dont know if it has a separate download. I prefer to use it mostly as a companion and crafting hub.

 

I would also like to use the "Marbled Apartment" at some point, which has almost the same look like the Nuka Apartment from Nuka Ride (or the vanilla Marlborough house) but with a workbench. Downloaded it like over 1 year ago and to make it not accessible from the start i changed the mod a bit so i have to find a key which has an extremely rare chance to be found in specific containers. MAybe a little bit too rare, because i never found it yet. ?

 

Some time ago when i roleplayed with Hardship i downloaded this mod. It converts the rentable room in Rexford hotel into an indoor settlement. Pretty minimalistic, but great for roleplaying with Hardship Beggar/whore.
