I can't seem to get the Children of the Sky mod to work...

Hey folks. I downloaded the Children of the Sky mod and was able to open it in my Nexus Mod Manager. However, I can't seem to get it to appear in the plugin area in order to load it with the game. I'm sorry if this was talked about and answered already, I just don't have time to go searching for it atm. If i did anything wrong please let me know. I really want to start assinating people as a small child.
