discussion Stop NPC iddling chichat during animation

Is there a mod actually that stop NPC to talk to the PC while an animation is being played ? (i mean other npc than the one involved in the animation)

Its just that i hate when say i have an animation of sex or anything than a random NPC pass by and is like "what can i do for you". This is just an exemple but it happen so offten.
