Looking for a way to make a flat chested khajiit?

I tried making a flat chest character with cbbe and all that but the under tiddy shadows are still there. what can i do to fix that? I put a pic as to what i wanna make if that helps!

This is caused by mainly your Normal Map for your body. This basically adds shading to your skin to add abs, dimples, and shadows. Without it your skin wound have not detail to it and would be very smooth. Your Skin Texture can also have fake shadows drawn onto it under the breasts. When installing your custom skin texture select the options for the smallest breast possible. The best skin /  normal maps for small breast ( that I have tested and know of ) can be downloaded here and is called DDFFF Skin.
