i messed up my fallout 4 body physics

i had all my files the way i wanted them but tried to fix up the physics by tweaking some stuff and now it doesnt work at all  and i never set and back ups

You have installed multiple physics mods and afaik CBP does not work with 3BBB CBBE. I was also under the impression that Zex needs DFS or GSS for 3BBB, otherwise it doesn't work.

 

From the 3BBB page, you need:

-Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-
-True Wasteland Body - Required if using the True Wasteland Body (TWB) 3BBB Body.
-Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE - Knee Fix - Legs for Days - 3BBB - v2.0+ with 3BBB support is required
-OCBP Physics - F4SE  is required to run OCBP. NOTE; OCBP is not available on Nexus anymore.You MUST be logged in on the linked site to download. If you have decided to use OCBPC instead (along with a corresponding physics preset), please do not report any related issues here, instead, forward them to the OCBPC physics preset author.

Not Compatible:
-ZaZ -Extended-Skeleton (ZeX) (Use DFS or GSS if you have to use it).
-CBP Physics for Fallout 4 - CBP simply does not function correctly with 3BBB bodies. Physics appears bugged out and jittery. Do not use.

 

I would follow these instructions, and use OCBP only. OCBPC, in my experience, has some problems even for Fusion girl.

Looking at your list some more:

 

"0032","+","SavageCabbages Animation Pack" - Fusion Girl is a soft requirement.

 

"0036","+","Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE - Knee Fix"- Is incompatible with Zex Skeleton, afaik.

 

and... there is nothing on your list that really needs CBBE - I would ditch it and replace it with bodytalk/fusion girl! Much better.

i thank you for the help turns out nothing really changed the jiggle is just too quick and i guess i got used to how physics are in skyrim
