Hard Time With Reference Alias

I am trying to get a quest marker to appear on a sword in a cave. But when I SQV it says NONE. I have regenerated the SEQ file and tried a clean save any ideas?

Not an expert here but I see the optional ones have been populated, but not the mandatory one. Set the sword to optional, and deal with it not being populated somewhere else.

 

Otherwise only thing I can recommend is to look at another similar vanilla quest. If you have the CC content, Goldenhills Plantation comes to mind.
