Vulvas for male sims

Hi,

I want to make some trans male sims, unfortunately WW default vulva and all the vulva mods I found are gender locked, which means my male sim with female body appears in underwears instead of having actual bits.

Does someone knows of a vulva mod that can be applied to male sims? One with bottom growth would be the best, but a regular woman's vulva works too.
