Help with pulse bubble around my char

I have a modded Fallout 4 so I don't know if it's normal, at least I wouldn't know which mod I should have installed that is responsible for this. And I have never seen anything like this in gamplay videos.

spherical impulses emanate from my character, which briefly form something like a shield bubble around the character.

Could this have something to do with enb?
Does anyone know what this is and how i can get rid of it?

The only thing I can think of is the shadow settings. Edit your ENB:

fShadowDistance=0
fDirShadowDistance=0

I will post a picture of it as soon as it happens again. It doesn't seem to be happening anymore since I uninstalled the Bashed patch. I had to remove it because of another problem.
