I wonder why this is, I didn't find Nanami's file in the texture file, or if she shares one with other girls, I don't quite know, ask for help

you probably need to update your d3dx.ini file or u need to update your girl skin mod. 
it is probably the second thing. i had something similar but way worse with patty.
