WW not working on only one sim

Hello, I'm new to mods and to WW so I'm not even sure if I'm in the correct place to get help but yesterday I was playing TS4 and I was trying to get my sim and a townie (Eric Lewis) to woohoo but when I used WW it send me  a message saying the nearby sims doesn't have the correct orientation so I tried with other townie and I was able to used WW with them. They appeared on the tab after selecting WW and I was able to woohoo with them in the same locations I'm trying with Eric Lewis. Now today when I try, I have a new tab in WW which is NPC sex... and when I press it Eric Lewis still doesn't appear. So I tried it like how I did it yesterday now it's saying the nearby Sims Gender/age is not appropriate.

I checked his profile; he's a young adult(like my sim), orientation is M/F. Our friendship and relationship are both to a 100, I already woohoo with him, I download animations which worked with the other townie. My animations work just not with him. If someone can help me out that'll be appreciated. Thank you
