titomars Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 interesting but not true to lore. Supermutants are sexually neutral (no specific male or female parts) . It is part of the FEV conversion. They procreate by capturing humans and introducing the captives to the FEV.

The Mariposa Super Mutants have primary sexual characteristics still.
