titomars Posted December 3, 2013 Share Posted December 3, 2013 interesting but not true to lore. Supermutants are sexually neutral (no specific male or female parts) . It is part of the FEV conversion. They procreate by capturing humans and introducing the captives to the FEV. Link to comment

The Mariposa Super Mutants have primary sexual characteristics still. Link to comment
