Custom Dialogue mod

So Sacrificial was previously working on the mod before - 

 

 

However it seems as though he went off the grid in September and I was wondering how possible the following is :

2. This mod allows you to note your own thoughts etc in a journal

3. How hard would it be to take that feature from the Journal and attach it as a "Sim" interaction?

 

This mod would just do wonders for the game, where you can set up your own stories/build up dialogue etc in sex scenes and i'm surprised a mod like it doesn't exist already (if it does, please do tell).

 

The basic gist of the mod is simply allowing you to click on a sim, the above box displayed in the video comes up where you type the conversation and then it appears in game as a Notification (similar to SIms who text you etc appear in the vanilla game). 

 

Any modding chads capable of this or know of a mod similar that already exists?
