I have a statue replacer series installed but all it does is replace the models. To me this looks like it has something to do with the entities in the game world rather than anything else. Here's how it looks:

I've also noticed this same black gunk on the Azura's temple itself:

I don't know what's causing this. I've tried disabling ELFX but it didn't work. I really like the clean look of the new statues and this ruins it for me.

I think my first suspect here would be that you have some issues with the dynamic snow shaders. Unfortunately I don't know that much about it, other than that a lot of people have issues with it. See if you can find a mod (or maybe ini setting) to disable it. If the issue goes away you know where the problem is, and a proper fix can be found.

Thanks for the heads up. I tried Better Dynamic Snow and it makes it more tolerable.

You can try and install this. It fixed my snow being the wrong color.
