Can some one make a open marrige trait mod (dont care if he/she cheats).

you don't need it just select the trait cuckold or cuckqueen and cancel the jealousy option and there you are open marriage

Give both sims the polyamorous trait.

 

Or you could cheat the "player" aspiration reward trait from the "Serial Romantic" aspiration. It removes jealousy for the sim that has it. So nothing they do causes jealousy.
