Your issue is most likely this: textures\bondage\doggiebelt.dds

Most likely used by this: data\MESHES\ZaZ-UltimateDataPack\ZaZ - Accessories\Restraints\04ZAZ - GSBShackles\DoggieBelt_0.nif

Could be an issue in ZAZ but before you go uninstalling that, do the usual and check for conflicts, make sure the dds file is provided by ZAZ as well and not some other mod etc.

Assuming you use MO2.

  1. On the right side, locate the Data -tab.
  2. Browse to textures\bondage and locate doggiebelt.dds.
  3. The mod providing this dds file is in the Mod -column.
  4. Open this mod by double clicking it in the mod list.
  5. Open the Conficts -tab to inspect conflicts.
  6. If there's a conflict for doggiebelt.dds, inspect which mod is getting overwritten and determine whether or not that is a problem.

Do the same for DoggieBelt_0.nif if inspecting the dds reveals nothing.
