Animations won't start

i have had this issue before but for an entirely different reason previously it was for version errors therefore sexlab not starting. this time all version(s) loverslab,sksee,address library,zap,mfg,jcontainers,xpmsse ect all match. there are no reported errors at boot and in game. but i have this much to go off i reduced the problem to (fnis) even with all the matching versions present and fnis xxl sse,  was able to update however in game was the infamous tpose no matter how many updates.so i switched to nemesis and the t pose is gone but the animations wont initiate anyone have a apple of knowledge i might need to know
