Survival / Realism build (w/Thots and Jiggles) advice

Hi,

Anyone got some pointers to create a nice (stable) build for micromanaging survival aspects? Something similar to Campfire+Hypothermia and Essential Needs for Skyrim, but ofcourse lore appropriate for FO4? I saw 'Crackle" already, but at least one of the 'Advanced Needs'(? Forgot the name and can't find it) seems to have become a 404.

I want to do the usual; eat, drink, sleep, and stuff like diseases, sanity and temperature are welcome. Offcourse the FAA-framework and stats mods are included in the build.

Addiction mods are welcome too, but those are not anywhere near a primary item on my wishlist.

Any advice is welcome.

The other is a lost account. Thanks for the pointers. Some interesting mods indeed.

A bit disappointed Advanced Needs tries to do 'everything', instead of just 'needs'. Is probably not gonna mesh well with 'Better Locational Damage', which is clearly a far superior experience for a combat overhaul than 'all headshots are lethal'. Hope there's alternatives to this, or I'm left to make compromises or get into "adjusting" stuff for my personal use a bit. Pain.

Fallout Horizon, plays nicely with all AAF mods.   Install Horizon with "strict carry weight", "desolation", "expanded settlements" , etc. all enabled.  YOu have to pay attention on install for the options you want, and the difficulty settings, I recommend "outcast" if your a hard core gamer expecting a real challenge, cause you actually can die in a single crit from a pipe gun, like in real life.  But, food and water are hard to come by, as it should be, you need to go hunting to survive, etc.  Amazing combination of all the AAF mods and Horizon Outcast desolation.  This is a quick youtube I did for people interested in a challenging and rewarding Fallout experience.  Notice the "aquatic " mods (fishing for food, enemies that swim), Better Settlers MORTALITY is critical for realism,  SURVIVAL MODE CONSOLE is critical for map glitch etc.  Horizon has everything you want regarding sorting, organization, and realistic survival experience.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVmMNry9w0Q
