Keplerth mods maybe similar to rimworlds in code.

me and my friend was looking that mods for keplerth and realize it does the same thing that rimworld does when booting a new mods. mods also have a similar lay out to rw mods.
this leaves the question can rimjobworld type mod be made for keplerth? if so how hard would be to make said adult mod for keplerth?
