Pokemon Scarlet and Violet mods

Hi, sorry if my question is bothersome, but I'm not very experienced with installing mods. I want to remove the backpack from the female character when I use the nude mod. The problem is that if I activate both mods, only the backpack mod remains. How do I fix this? If it's been explained before, sorry, it's a little difficult to understand because my English isn't very good.

You are probably not using the TRINITY version of the nude mod, or maybe you didn't add both (at the same time) to trinity. I can't think on any other reason.

Just a general question. I have Violet up and running on my S25 Ultra.

 

already finished scarlet, had great fun with on my PC.

 

Going to run a rom hacking this one to spice it up.

 

is there a way to add multiple mods like Trinity on Android? 
 

I want to run the same character I posted about a few pages back. F1 Mod with skirt and blush.

The same that works for PC/switch should work for android, it depends more on the emulator than anything else, but if it can run a mod, it can run several with trinity.

 

I mean... the standalone mods are nothing else than a mod that has already be runned through trinity... and the only thing trinity adds is a new folder with instructions for the game on what to load from where...

Ok I will try it later on today. The latest turnip drivers from Mr purple have made Eden run Violet in 45-50 fps with the Adreno 830. Performance only slows down when the heat becomes excessive.

Hi, I'm having an issue. Using a modded switch with the base version, added all of the content of standalone (from the bottom of page 10) to atmosphere/contents/titleid/romfs/chara/* and, nothing special is happening. She's just showing up in her uniform. This was never a problem with adding mods in the past. I went through all 17 pages but, is there something I need to do?

 

EDIT: Fixed with Trinity and dumping the romfs contents with nxdumptool. Missed using the trinity version, my bad.

That would NEVER work, as the standalone already has the romfs folder... You'd have to extract it into atmosphere/contents/titleid.

When installing mods, make sure to at least look at what folders you are installing to know where to place them...

If you don't care about that line... then yes. There you go, they are modified to work with the Jmedia's mod.

 

I'll probably do it... eventually. Maybe in a couple weeks when I have free time again.

For what? That is a texture replacer for Jmedia's nude mod, as stated in its name and the post... it can't be used with my mod and in fact it's completely incompatible with it.

I think I mentioned this somewhere. It has a very easy fix, but it's the reason I can't get the skirt to move in a decent way. Remember I already did all of that, I can make you lose much less time if you just ask hahaha.

 

The exporter (or the game) only reads 4 bones for each vertex AND the total weight can't go over (or under) 1. So, before exporting you need to, in weight paint mode:

 

1: Select "weights - Limit total" and make sure the window that appears in the borrom left has "all groups" and the limit is set to 4. This will erase the weights that affect each vertex the least if there are more than 4. Probably won't do anything in your case, but it's good that you remember it.

 

2: select "Weights - Normalize all" AND deselect from the bottom window that appears the "lock active", so that it can be smoothed and doesn't break anything. This will make the sum of the weights of each vertex 1. (my recomendation is to do this every time you use the weight painting tool, as you´ll need to try different things.

So I've recently returned back to modding Sc/Vi and finally got around to doing this.

I'm happy to say that it works, my character's junk no longer distorts itself anymore! 

His backsack now looks so much better than it was before lol.

I have yet to do the third part though, I just wanted to test if the weights issue got fixed before I get fancy in simulating penis physics so I'll report back on this later.

Anyway, thank you so much for the invaluable information! This will help me a lot once I get to refining my nude male model which I still have left unfinished.

 

By the way for those who's been waiting for my Nudity Reactions mod for this game, I've just finished editing the dialogue of the early parts of The Indigo Disk DLC where your nudist/exhibitionist character has been chosen to be an exchange student at Blueberry Academy near Unova. It'll be part of the first version of the mod!

I apparently got myself hooked with The Teal Mask DLC lately and at some point in the story there, your character is made to wear the Festive Jinbei for the Festival of Masks. I would like there to be a mod that lets my character stay nude please lol.

(I think there's a similar case with the Blueberry Academy uniforms for The Indigo Disk DLC also.)

I was right, there's another case in The Indigo Disk DLC where your character was forced to change into wearing the Blueberry Academy (Autumn) Uniform after your first battle with Lacey. If we want to ensure that our character persistently stays nude throughout the entire game, that model needs to be replaced with the nude body as well.

 

@HpMpAp, if you have some time to spare, would you please be able to replace that outfit with your nude female edit just like you did with replacing the Festive Jinbei? I believe that model is "p2_drs1023_bbautumn". I and I'm sure many others would appreciate that, as I am planning on doing the same with my male mod.

It's definitely possible but the chance of that happening is incredibly low unless people are willing to learn how to 3D model and mod these games.

 

Heck, it took me a long while to make a nude mod for Marnie and Victor in Sw/Sh while I still have the nude Florian mod unfinished, and it also took a while for us to finally have a nude Juliana mod for this game as well as the nude mods for Rei and Akari in Legends: Arceus.

Although there has been a group of people that have been able to produce nude mods for multiple character for Legends: Z-A at a decent rate so anything's possible.

That's not the only problem, and in fact once you have a rigged model, editing the rest is even easier than editing the sprites, at least for a first version that can get improvements later. The true problem is that Chikoeevees model exporter couldn't export the face animations from the NPCs of this game (no idea if it can already) as they use shapekeys for some reason, instead of true bone weights. I tried with Nemona and was literally impossible.

hey guys, great work! using some of the mods here - I'm playing on Mac and can't use the trinity loader. almost every mod besides the no bag mod works. is there a quick way to make a version that would work without trinity? I'd love that

idk why but it works for z-a but not on my scarlet version...spend already hours figuring out how to manage it but it won't

I might just be totally stupid, but I can't get the game to load with this mod. It renders properly in the character creation menu, but actual gameplay is blocked by infinite loading screen

Just figured it out, needed to apply the .trpfd file from the mod made by the installer
