Help please!? I'm unable to generate papyrus logs

My setup:

MO2

Skyrim LE from Steam

SKSE 1.9.32

ENB

446 Mods (so far)

149 Plugins (so far)

NOTHING is installed on the C drive or any other Program Manager or otherwise Windows UAC controlled directory.

Skyrim itself is in F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim

MO2 is in F:\Mod Organizer 2\

I've set up the MO2 to Skyrim linkage in F:\Mod Organizer 2\Paths\Skyrim LE.

Mods are in F:\Mod Organizer 2\Paths\Skyrim LE\mods

I have two profiles set up in

     F:\Mod Organizer 2\Paths\Skyrim LE\profiles\Default

     and

     F:\Mod Organizer 2\Paths\Skyrim LE\profiles\Test

I have exactly two identical Skyrim.ini files anywhere on my computer, one each in the two profiles\profilename directories.

The Skyrim.ini files each have a single [Papyrus] section with settings:

     fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0

     bEnableLogging=1

     bEnableTrace=1

     bLoadDebugInformation=1

When I use the MO2 Ini Editor it correctly finds and updates the Skyrim.ini file associated with the current Profile.

I am successfully running Skyrim through SKSE from within MO2 just fine, with either profile.  It starts with ENB active. 16 MCM plugins successfully initialize and all of them work (there should be 17 though, which is what I'm hoping to find some clue about in the log).  Character creation works fine, and I can exit the LAL cell and play the game without any problem. I can also load a save to continue play from the appropriate profile selected in MO2.

But I can -not- find any papyrus log files anywhere on my computer including anywhere in my AppData folder.

Can anyone help me?

I got this all working once, many years ago, with MO instead of MO2.  But that disk drive bit the dust and I'm rebuilding from scratch.  I used S.T.E.P. that time, but this time I'm using Sinitar's guide (as a guide, not as the gospel).

The Papyrus0.log is always generated inside your Documents folder not matter if you launch the game ussing Steam, MO2 or Vortex. The Papyrus0.log is located in:

C:\Users\[User_Name]\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Logs\Script

You must enable loging by modify the corresponding Skyrim.ini file that can be diferent depending on how you start the game.

If start with Steam the corresponding Skyrim.ini is located in C:\Users\[User_Name]\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Skyrim.ini

If start with MO2 the corresponding Skyrim.ini is inside the MO2 profile normally located in MO2\Profiles\Default\Skyrim.ini

If start with Vortex depend on if you enable Manage Game Settings in the profile.

This actually helped, in spite of the fact that most everything you said was irrelevant to my clearly stated situation (Skyrim LE, MO2, etc), so thank you!  The bit I needed to re(re-re-re-)-check was in the Documents\My Games folder.
