Anyone know a Utility to a) actually lower your level? OR.. b) to get rid of the Longs? (!)

a) With or without loss in perk points?

 

I enjoy most starting out times. when the world is still a hostile mystery.

but doing the things, I feel I need to do, to be able to sleep without fear in Sanctuary after coming out of the Vault, (fill up my workshop with raw stuff via cheat and then build all sorts of defenses and water even before the "Sanctuary" Quest) gives me the experience points to pump me to level 5 already.

And even if I dont do it before sanctuary quest Its still extra levels I dont want.

It just brings me earlier to the point (Level 20) where Preston will want to take the Castle... and then my PC is all grown up.....

 

b) I despise the Longs. The man is weak and his wife (sister?) is a terrible person.

In a similar situation they would not be tolerated in a small community in a survival struggle i am sure they be shown the road.

I wish I could do that.

To have them around takes away a great deal of the fun of making Sanctuary great ( again).
