problems with TS4HouseholdTool use. (error message)

Greetings. I installed TS4HouseholdTool but when I run the program it gives 
me this error... 
how can I do to be able to use the program?

In the directory where you have extracted TS4HouseholdTool you need to create a file named Install_Dir.txt containing the paths to your Sims 4 installation and save directory, like this (with your directories of course),
