Any tips with A-posing glitch coming back?

So, was wondering if people had tips, I did manage to get everything working before, but installed a which had new animations, ran it through FNIS, and it kind of broke everything. I redownloaded FNIS, XPMSE, ZaZ Resources, and more, and been running them through the body slide generator and generating FNIS files again, yet, nothing seems to fixing the A-posing and static skeleton problem. That said, there's also a ton of mods in mod organizer one which say "Unmanaged" after I did a small reset, but I have no idea how to make the managed again. If anyone had tips on how to fix my animations, I'd be very grateful.
