Need help have downloaded the mod: FO4 Detailed Dog Genitalia (M+F) (Updated: August 2 2018)

Ant there stays i should unzip it in the "Data" Folder in Fallout 4 and replace it. That have i do and idk why dogmeat are still male if i want him to be a female dogmeat, cause i play mostly Male and idk how i can change his gender. Pls help me

I hope you are using some sort of mod manager you should never just drop files into your data folder .One think that could be  a problem cause you gave so little information is that you need to enable mods by editing one of the fallout 4 ini's I forget which one  but you could check the aaf fucked up manual it says how to do that up the top of the op

I have use it with mod organizer 2 but still the same still male not female. have tried it with console commands to change Dogmeats gender well dont work
