Would sexlab work on baldurs gate 3 post release?

Ive been wondering about this lately since BG3 is developed by larian and they've been cool with moding, Also they are working on some of the "romance" animations via motion capture like the only one that we can see with the Drow woman going down on you.  So how easy or hard would it be to make lewd mods of it post release?
