Click on a sofa (or any other furniture). Choose Wicked Whims > Sex. Choose your Sim. Vaginal Sex.

 

Go to town.

 

I am not aware of a Sex As A Need mod - but that is a GREAT idea.

I think there's room for more female pleasure depictions in the mods.  Most of it is M=>F action, come kind of vaginal penetration, when in actual fact, most women prefer to concentrate on the clitoris during sexual stimulation.  Vaginal is the topping of the ice cream desert, not the main ingredient, LOL. (I mean, everyone is different but I'm talking averages here). 

 

There is a real need for more clit-tickling, licking, rubbing, etc.   Better vagina models so that the lips are open but they're not gaping like they're full of something that isn't there. 

 

That said, I am sloooooowly learning how to use Blender, and have managed to make some realistic breasts and am working on my first vulva model.  I only know how to animate as far as making pose packs.  If I can ever figure out proper animating, then the female masturbation animations will definitely be on my list.
