One sim has a penis, the other a vagina, but they can’t have vaginal sex (only the “scissoring” animations show)

I have three female sims.

 

Sim 1 and 2 both have penises and Sim 1 is engaged to Sim 3 (who has a vagina).

 

Sim 2 is girlfriend to Sim 3 and, despite 2 having a penis and 3 a vagina, vaginal sex animations don’t show for them. Instead I get the “scissoring” options. 

 

Sim 3 can have vaginal sex with Sim 1 just fine.
