Nude meshes showing in the shape of current clothes, hair not showing properly only some outfits on teen

So I have this weird thing happening where on my teen, her nude skins show through the clothes, in the shape of the clothes, and her hair doesn't work, and no matter what I do, I can take everything off, all the clothes, accessories, details etc and she just looks normal and bald, but then I put clothes on and the same thing. So I guess it has nothing to do with the clothes themselves, but seems to be something else. I removed EVE and WW as well as Female Body Details, and nothing seems to make this issue go away. I don't understand why... Is she just permanently broken?

I've updated the only two mods I have (BMD and SOL) and my game is the latest version. It might just be SOL tbh, but I don't see what it has to do with anything.
