HeckingHeccker Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 This never happens with any other animation pack but this one, in which installing it prevents me from even seeing the Bethesda logo as the game just shuts off before it even starts. i dont know what im doing wrong as im downloading the SE version for my Anniversary Edition, MNC is fully updated, as is Sexlab framework and SLAL I really like the animations on this one so im a little more than miffed at this mishap so if anyone has an idea as to why this is happening that would be life-saving
Pavlovian Afterdark Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 happened to me once, on my case was that i pass the animation limit for FNIS and the game would not load because of it.

ttts1 Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 as mentioned above, you are probably over the animation limit. Billy's is a large pack of animations, check where FNIS is saying you with regard to the animation limit. Otherwise, you may want to do as Traison mentioned and try a crash logger.

FNIS doesnt say anything about being over the animation limit. The most ive gone was 86% , and im still below the limit I've even downloaded previous versions of Billyy's animation which has even less animations and puts my thing at 60 somthing % and it still refuses to load

ttts1 Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 (edited) what do you mean 86%? not sure what you mean unless you are referring to the CTD estimate, which isn't particularly accurate. There should be something like " LC: 21241 (max. 26162) ". Note: I am running FNIS XXL, so it has the higher animation limit. The base version of FNIS has a much lower limit, but if you are giving CTD% then I assume you are running FNIS XXL. For example, using the above numbers, if I am under the 26162 maximum then I'm OK on the number of animations and the problem is something else. If I am over that max, then nothing is going to work until I get under the max for FNIS. Nothing else will matter until I fix that. My CTD% is extremely high, about 85%, yet I never have any CTD from animations. I don't remember how it's calculated but it has never seemed of any relevance. What actually matters is the actual number of animations. If you go over that, the game will not start. Which seems to be what's going on. If you are under the animation limit and having problems, then I would suggest you follow Traison's advice and use the crash logger. I've never used the logger, but I'm not sure what's going on based on the limited information if it isn't the being over the animation limit. Edited November 17, 2022 by ttts1

ttts1 Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 well, depending on the type of FNIS the animation cap is far lower. So I will assume you saw that you are under the cap in FNIS. It must be some other conflict, obviously, if you are under the cap. If Billyy's is the cause of the problem then I don't know. I use it fine. I assume you've tried turning off all mods and turning them on in groups of 5 or something to isolate the problem. And that the problem was Billyy's SLAL. In that case, I really have no idea.
