Incessant Jiggle on Only Certain Armors / Clothes

I'm sorry if this has been addressed, I did make a search through this forum and while there are many posts concerning physics and jiggle issues, none appeared to be similar to what I'm currently experiencing.  What is happening with my game is with certain outfits, the breast physics are running non-stop, wiggling back and forth like some invisible person is constantly playing pattycake with them.  While it is entertaining, it is a bit immersion breaking.  This is only happening with certain outfits, though, not all of them.  The vast majority of armors / clothing all act normally, and naked bodies all act normally as well.  This happens on both my character and NPCs.  I'm fairly confident that I have everything bodyslided appropriately.  Has anyone else experienced this, and if so do you have any recommendations for correcting it?  Thank you in advance for any information.

Lacking information here but I'm going to assume your naked body is some variant of the 3BBB type (ie. 3BA, BHUNP), and that the "some outfits" are non-3BBB (ie. regular CBBE). I'm also going to assume you use CBPC for body physics, since this was not mentioned either.

 

If that's the case, then decrease the stiffness values and/or increase the damping values for the preset(s) linked to NPC L Breast and NPC R Breast.

 

Edit: You can also try reducing the timeStep and timetick values for these profiles, but my documentation on the purpose of those values is a bit lacking. Trial and error.

I am sorry, and your assumptions are for the most part correct.  My body is indeed 3bA, but I'm pretty confident that all the clothing items are as well.  I'd have to go back in and verify that to be sure though.

Would the stiffness values only impact those items where the physics is acting wonky, or would it impact all physics for all outfits / bodies?  As I said, for probably 95% of the outfits and for the naked body, the physics acts just fine and normal.  I wouldn't want to make a change that would impact those, if I could avoid it.

That depends entirely on your physics setup.

 

Edit: 3BBB uses different bones/nodes:

L Breast01
R Breast01
L Breast02
R Breast02
L Breast03
R Breast03
