Looking for Modder's Resource BDSM/Dungeon Props

Does anyone know a good source for Modder's Resources that provides Items such as  adult toys, gags, whips, devices such as stretching table, Andreas Cross and the likes?

 

I found a mod at Skyrim Nexus that contains the items I am looking for - though, even if it calls itself a resource, it's a full grown Mod that also requires FNIS to run. And I just need the items

 

I am also hesitant to merge my mod with other mods - I want to keep the scripting at vanilla level to avoid conflicts and also make it possible for those who run Lover's Lab Mod, making full use the setting I am about to create.
