problems with followers and animal commands

Hello. I am new to installing mod for skyrim and I have some problems for example with animal mansion I have had a problem that the followers as leader cannot enter that house, it also happened to me with another house since I could not enter it was a house which I had to kill the ghosts of the owners of the house also I have another problem with the pets that you find like in thistle rabbit or the sweet fox roll, that the commands to follow do not appear or that they go to the house I am not sure what problem It is, besides, my main language is Spanish, so some things in English I can't understand well.
