Tongue is placed off to the side of all sims, can't move it

I've looked plenty through this forum and can't find this specific issue.

I want No EA Eyelashes, so as suggested by this post to download specific files(which I've attached a screenshot of below just so I'm not getting it wrong).

The head works, but the tongue always sticks out far to the right when the sim is moving, and at the tip of the nose when it's in detail mode. I'm at a loss of what to do, any help is appreciated. I'll include a picture of this as well.

Update on this, went through my entire mods folder, the 50/50 method, and all of them didn't have this issue except the NANDONG files. I don't know if I'm missing a file or something?? Not sure where to go from here or to just give up on it.
