Animation Tools N3+28 Existing animation import

I'm trying to create my first animation using Animation Tools N3+28. I'm wondering if there is a way to import some existing animation (idle, for example) as a base and modify it, rather than create everything from scratch. Or maybe you have some better ways to create a new animation based on existing one?
