Male NPCs (raiders et.all) not showing up

Hi!

 

So I rejiggered my mods for a survival playthrough...

 

and now I've got an issue where I've just got floating heads. I'm playing a female PC, went through the 'AAF manual' for the initial set-up, but apparently something's not playing nicely with my NPC bodies. I just went the straight replacer route since I didn't want to change any male bodyslide items, which might be what's driving it but I don't want to go nuclear on things right away.

 

If I simply remove Atomic Muscle and all its associated files, the male baddies appear in their pure SFW status. 

 

If anyone has and ideas, I'd be grateful for the assist!

Yep, did that and was careful to only select those outfits. Something definitely wasn't playing nice...gonna go nuclear and just try again.
