Spell idea Harem Follower from male NPC

Not sure how to make everything connect  but:

a Ranked Spell (becomes stronger as you level) that when you hit a male NPC it 1 swaps his dong for a zero length one 2 sets the SOS flags to consider him Female 3 puts him in a servant faction (optional redress) giving you full ownership of his "stuff"
