anyone having this problem? after update new patch and im using the hokusai project slider but why my sims breast became like this?

The slider is working correctly, what seems to be broken or just reset is the top that WW is using for that sim. Did you open the Wicked Whims message that popped up, the one that is in the screenshot? Was it an error or just the loaded message?

The low poly/sharp edges effect looks like it's because the game is using EA's default top, that has way less definition than WW's Default. Please try to check this sim's top clicking on her from live mode, Wicked  > Personalization > Anatomy & Clothing > Body Selector > Modify [Sim's name] Body Parts > Female Body Top and select any of the options other than Native/Override.

 

If your problem is not the sharpness but the size/ubication/shape, then you need to show or explain how they should look instead.

The wickedwhims message from what I can tell is the default that pops up when loaded into the game and the one behind it should be the script mod.
