skin mesh will not go away

i download some new mods then a skin mesh covering boobs and vagain showed up i unstalled the mods and its still there this only shows when creating a new sim sims i made before adding these all work and look fine so whats the issue here

Did you try Tray importer?

Download and install this program: https://luniversims.com/files/file/73-sims-4-tray-importer/

 

Then make a sim with the part that is bugging ONLY (no CC hair, skin details, clothes, etc) - it will be easier  for  you to scroll through files then > Save this sim to your library > open tray importer and find the saved sim in your library > click on it > it should give you a list like this:

You can then find and delete the files that might be giving you this bug.
