Crashing Skyrim VR

[Pacr]

My game crashed when I used a grindstone so I tried several guides on fixing it and broke it further, it started crashing when ever I left the smith.

I started a new game and as soon as I enter the keep in the tutorial it crashes now.

I started skyrim from steam but it didnt fix the warning, I googled it and apparently you can ignore that warning?
