[FO4] fallout 4 how to edit clothing mesh and save it for the game?

Hey guys, I'm having a clothing problem because I have a Jane Bod bodyslide, almost any clothing for this body doesn't fit the way it should. I have to correct the meshes of clothes in outfit studio, but when I edit the meshes, and save the file to nif, replacing it in the directory with the original file, the game still doesn’t show me the changes, the clothes still go through the textures.
