Sanguine's Debauchery Spriggan

I've run into a bit of an issue with Sanguine's Debauchery. I've done everything the Spriggan quest has asked to escape enslavement, however it won't come off at the location. I have waited at the Headwaters of Harstad for quite a while several different times with the no results. I know of no way to make this to work so any help would be appreciated. If no one has any answers, a way to stop the quest and remove the armor would allow me to at least finally wear some good armor, and then I just have to stay away from Spriggans!
