twink/femboy mod

so i started modding skyrim special edtion after taking a break for many years and was shown this Korean mod for a twink race mod for sse i kinda got it to work on mo2 but when i try to install it on vortex it mentions something about incomplete content but now i cant click on the race with out it crashing , I downloaded most of the mods i think are required but i don't understand Korean and parts of the instructions are on pictures and cant translate that does anyone know how to fix this or if there's an english version?
