It is not "DMZ" 

DMZ is an acronym for the body type: Double Melon ZKEC.

You're right... This is the body-replacer of the mentioned author as well as the name of his Mashup-pack.[DMZ+Update.7z] 

Whereas the outfit from the screen is part of the alpha/beta of the mentioned set. [Probably a broken link from the previous source with the archive name DMZ.7z]
