Is there a mod that fixes the new "snow shader"

This is subjective but I personally think this is hideous:

I know I can turn it off, but I want something that makes better use of it. I also don't want ENB because I can't run it at more than 30fps on my PC (Ryzen 7, GTX 1650, 32gb RAM) even with default values. You know it's really disappointing, of all the things they could have added with this new rerelease (and compatibility be damned if it makes modding easier) like remove the limit on shadowcasting lights and the esp limit they added this and slapped some mods I don't care about on top.
