Interactions between rulers?

Is there any mods out there that add interactions (like CK) whether lewd or not to Stellaris? Maybe have the option to meet with the ruler of another empire and have peace talks or maybe give them "personal favors" for those extra monthly credits to your empire or "convince" that really good general that one empire has to join your empire or maybe assassinate him yourself after "convincing" ? Hell I'll commission this mod if it doesn't exist. I saw a mod similar that does something like this (Family Oriented) but it hasn't been updated in awhile and seems abandoned.
